I know you’re probably working towards your quarterly or bi-annual or annual goals, KPIs or OKRs.

Whatever goal you’re working towards right now - I bet you have experienced some form of procrastination.

The stats show that around 88% of people say they procrastinate for at least 1 hour every day. And more people struggle with procrastination than suffer from alcoholism, substance abuse and depression.

In the workplace, 80% of employees say they procrastinate between 1 to 4 hours on any given work day. And if we were to look at the cost of this if an employee is procrastinating just 1 hour per day this costs companies around £5 000 - £20 000 per worker, per year.

If you’re looking to procrastinate less for yourself or your team, then in this podcast you'll discover:

  1. The one underlying reason we all procrastinate (it's not laziness or lack of self-control)
  2. The reasons we are sometimes not aware that we are procrastinating until it's too late
  3. How to create awareness to stop procrastination before it starts
  4. What to do when you find yourself procrastinating
