Tapping and Laughing
Manage episode 510336602 series 3459289
How are you feeling on a scale of 1-5?
Let's tap on some acupressure points to boost our energy and feel better.
1) Tap gently on the top of your head and say: I appreciate myself
2) Tap gently on your forehead and say: I appreciate myself
3) Tap gently on your cheekbone and say: I appreciate myself
4) Tap gently on your upper lip and say: I appreciate myself
5) Tap gently on your chin and say: I appreciate myself
6) Tap gently on your collarbone and say: I appreciate myself
Breathe in. Sigh as you exhale.
Breathe in. Smile as you exhale
Breathe in. Laugh gently as you exhale.
We are laughing to activate our inner love and appreciation.
Send me a note to let me know how you're feeling, and if you're going to laugh with us again tomorrow.

What is Laughter Yoga?
Laughter Yoga is not comedy. We are choosing to laugh as an exercise for the well-being of the mind, body, and spirit.
The body can't distinguish between spontaneous "real" laughter or simulated laughter. Even if we are simulating (or faking) the laughter, we are still getting all of the incredible benefits of laughter. How cool is that!
Be gentle with yourself.
Remember, choosing to laugh is a practice, and one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.
