Sometimes the hardest part of courage isn’t the leap itself — it’s admitting we’ve been avoiding it altogether. In today’s EMBR Mornings reflection, Kimberly shares the mantra: “I face what I’ve been avoiding.”
Drawing from Jonah’s story, we see how running in the opposite direction doesn’t bring peace — it brings storms, both around us and within us. Avoidance may look like movement, but it drains more energy than taking faithful action.
✨ Key benefit: You’ll leave today’s pause reminded that naming what you’re avoiding — and taking one small step toward it — brings freedom, clarity, and courage.
At EMBR Mornings, we believe every woman carries an ember within her. Through daily, faith-centered reflections, we help you move from autopilot into intention, building mornings that are soulful, grounding, and doable.
👉 Where might you be avoiding courage right now? Share in the comments — your honesty may give someone else permission to step forward too.
