Its that time of year again, where we are trying and striving for new years goals and resolutions. And you should applaud yourself for taking the initiative, but are the goals you are working toward sustainable or attainable for you and your current lifestyle. It can be so easy to get caught up in the big goals that we forget that the little ones are are just important, if not more.
In this episode I talk about getting back to the basics of health before catapulting into a huge goal that will likely result in you quitting.
