Rachel Schaefer, Chief Executive Officer of Opportunity Scholars, has dedicated her life to helping others become better through continual education. With a background in sales, marketing, education, and non-profit healthcare, Rachel's experience exemplifies her commitment to personal and professional development. Her leadership extends to mentorship programs, speaking engagements on leadership, and service on boards such as the Winchester Area Society for Human Resources Management. Rachel's accolades include being awarded Adjunct Instructor of the Year by Laurel Ridge Community College Workforce Solutions.
