Hello!

Today, we speak to Dr Emily Musgrove. Em is a clinical psychologist who regularly appears on The Imperfects podcast. And, she’s just published her first book, Unstuck.

In this conversation, Em opens up about the day she found out she had breast cancer and how it shifted her values, the special friendships that have picked her up when she’s needed it most, and why she chooses to reframe the feeling of being ‘broken’ to being ‘stuck’. It’s a very eye-opening and helpful conversation.

Head here to pick up Em's book, Unstuck.
