When you reach for a drink, do you know why? And more importantly… do you like your reason?

In this episode, we’re setting aside the unhelpful “good” vs. “bad” drinking binary and getting curious instead. I’ll walk you through one of the most powerful questions I use in coaching: "Why am I drinking right now—and do I like my reasons?"

We’ll talk about:

  • how to uncover your real motivations for drinking;
  • why judgment doesn’t lead to lasting change—but self-awareness does;
  • what it looks like to make choices you genuinely feel proud of;
  • and how to start shifting your relationship with alcohol in a way that actually feels good.

This isn’t about guilt or shame. It’s about getting honest, so you can make choices you feel good about.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re drinking on autopilot—or you’ve wondered whether your reasons hold up under the light—this episode is for you.
