4. Subtle Red Flags List 3 phrases or behaviors that have made you question your reality. Are they patterns—or one-offs? Trust your gut.

5. Reclaim One Truth What’s one thing you know is true—no matter what someone else tried to convince you of? Write it down. Own it. That’s your anchor.
