Perimenopause isn’t just hot flashes — I’m sharing what’s really going on, the highs, the lows, and everything in between.

In this episode of How It’s Really REALLY Going, I’m keeping it real — like, really real — about my personal experience with perimenopause.

I’m sharing the good (yes, there is good!), the bad, and the downright ugly parts of this season. From finally caring less about what other people think, to the itchy skin, sleepless nights, and that next-level rage no one prepares you for — it’s all here.

This isn’t medical advice — I’m not a doctor. This is just my story and what’s helped me feel a little more normal along the way. If hearing this helps you feel seen and less alone, then that’s what matters.
