217. Burnt Out? Before You Change Your Business Model, DO THIS
Manage episode 506567061 series 2921498
A hot topic of conversation in my world right now is around burn out and business models.
More specifically, when you’re at a stage in your business where you know you want to make some changes (perhaps you want to transition away from 1:1 or trading time for money), BUT the thought of making those changes feels like a lot
It feels like you have to scrap everything and start from scratch. But that kind of thinking is exactly why you haven’t made the changes even though you really want to.
You want to pivot to something new → but you’re scared of losing income if you let go of what’s working now → so you stay stuck in this in-between, exhausted but too scared to shift.
Sound familiar?
I see this with clients all the time and I’ve lived it too.
So in today’s episode of the How I Do Content Podcast I’m going to talk you through what to do when you’re at this stage – and how to move forward without blowing up everything you’ve built.
