In today’s solo episode, I open up about how I’m preparing for perimenopause at 40, and why I don’t want to walk into this transition as unprepared as I felt during postpartum.

We’ll talk about:

  • What perimenopause and menopause actually mean
  • The commonly known symptoms and the less-discussed symptoms that can feel really destabilizing too
  • How perimenopause intersects with mental health, parenting, and relationships
  • The protective practices I’m layering in now (yep, increasing protein is in there).

My goal is to help you feel less blindsided and more resourced, so you can move through this season informed, intentional, and supported!
