On this episode, we have Part 2 of our two-parter exploring lifestyle medicine. How does health equity play into being able to put these principles into practice? How can we overcome barriers to resources? And does any of this really make a difference to our health? We’re back with Dr. Mahima Gulati to talk about all that and more. And if you missed it, catch Part 1 in Episode 59!
