Anger may feel intense, but it often hides something much deeper. In this lesson, we explore anger not as the enemy, but as a signal — pointing to unspoken expectations, internalized shame, or unmet emotional needs. When we ask ourselves, “What emotion is really beneath this?” we begin the process of healing. By softening our self-righteousness and recognizing our core wounds, we shift from reaction to reflection — and begin to transform both our inner world and our relationships.
