In this episode, I dive into one of my favourite philosophies: prevention is better than cure — not just when it comes to health, but in every area of life.

I share a bit about my recent weeks (yep, the dance of life with all its ups and downs!), my fun morning at a Japanese Taiko drumming workshop, and a big personal breakthrough I had recently. From there, we explore what it really means to consciously create the life you want — before things break, before burnout hits, before you get to that rock-bottom moment that so many seem to glorify online.
