In traditional #projectmanagement environments, the business analyst plays a critical role in helping product stakeholders and customers communicate their problems, wants, and needs to the production team. In #scrum, the #productowner is generally responsible for initiating discussion and conversations with customers, in collaboration with #developers on the #scrumteam, to identify what matters, why that is important, and how the solution creates value for customers.
