Kevin is the head of Levin Ginsburg’s intellectual property practice group. He has over two decades of experience in counseling clients in the selection, clearance, maintenance, and protection of trademarks around the world. Kevin also counsels clients regarding copyright, websites, terms of service, privacy, internet law, social media, and domain name issues. Prior to attending law school, Kevin worked for the Division of Information Technology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In his free time, Kevin can be found camping, watching football, listening to music, or reading science fiction and fantasy books.
