In today's episode, I'm diving into why you may be waiting for a crisis to seek help. The truth is, we don't HAVE to wait until everything feels like it's falling apart or completely on fire to reach out for support.

Inner work isn't just for the breaking points. It's the fence check before the cows ever enter the pasture. It's choosing to tend to your emotional and mental health before the (you know what) hits the fan.

When life does knock you down, you'll have the tools and capacity to move through it with steadiness and strength!

In this episode, I cover:

  • Why inner work isn’t *just* for when everything’s falling apart
  • How long we tend to wait before finally asking for help
  • The difference inner work has made in my life (especially in recent, hard seasons)
  • Journal prompts to help you reflect on your relationship with seeking support
