Last time, DonnaJean amazed us by setting the Guinness World Record for the longest plank at over 4.5 hours. This time, she’s back with an even bigger accomplishment: breaking the Guinness World Record for the most push-ups completed by a female in one hour, an astonishing 1,575 push-ups! Not only that, but DonnaJean also launched her brand-new book From Minutes To Hours designed to inspire and coach others toward achieving their biggest goals.
We dive into DonnaJean’s journey to this second world record, uncovering the grit, determination, and mindset it took to achieve it. She shares the emotional story of breaking the record inside a senior home, with her mother-in-law watching proudly from the audience. DonnaJeanss perseverance was put to the ultimate test — at 55 minutes, her right arm was sore and at 58 minutes, her shoulder dislocated!
