In this episode of Following The Call Podcast, we dive into one of the hardest but most freeing lessons of walking with Christ, forgiveness. The Holy Spirit has been showing me that forgiveness isn’t just about what someone else did to us, but about releasing the offense in our own hearts so we can truly love like Jesus.

I’ll be sharing my own wrestle with offense, stubbornness, and the desire for reconciliation, along with how God keeps reminding me through His Word that we are called to love one another as Christ loved the church.

If you’ve ever struggled with letting go, with the tension between forgiving and still wanting to guard your heart, this episode is for you.

💭 Listen in as we unpack:

  • How the spirit of offense can silently hold us back
  • The difference between forgiveness and reconciliation
  • Why asking hard questions and honest conversations matter in healing
  • What it really means to have the mindset of Christ in our relationships (Philippians 2:5)

This is a real, vulnerable conversation and my prayer is that it helps you find freedom in Christ through forgiveness. Rate this episode for a part 2 on the last two bulletin points and send in any questions you’d like featured in the next episode.
