What we practice is what we make permanent applies to everything in our lives, especially with our health and fitness. Becoming aware and acknowledging where we are at, our abilities, time lines and what is needed to have the consistency to not stop and stop and to be able to progress with the least amount of internal and external stress on ourselves is key to health success and having that success stick and stay.
