Toronto City Councillor Chris Moise has caused upset, including from his constituent George Smitherman, over stickers that have been placed on sidewalks in his ward that feature both his name and the City of Toronto logo on it. The stickers are promoting the message: “please walk your bike or scooter”. The question is, how much of our taxpayer dollars went into this and does this break any kind of municipal rules?
