A LOOK AHEAD TO THIS YEAR'S WINTER AND WHAT WE MIGHT EXPECT WEATHER-WISE Jeremy Logan is joined by David Phillips, Senior Climatologist at Environment Canada. What will winter look like in Canada this year? Dave Phillips gives us the forecast!
