Welcome to Day 4 of my 90-day push to build a podcast business to $100,000 (fourth attempt).

I’m being transparent: revenue = $0 so far. Today’s focus is consistency and customer clarity—I’m not trying to solve every problem for everyone. I’m solving the right problem for the right customer.
