Adriana Baer is a public speaking coach for leaders and rising leaders. Her mission is to help clients claim their stage, radiate confidence and charisma, propel their career, and increase their impact. With over 20 years as a professional theater director and arts leader, Adriana brings a unique perspective and a practical and actionable set of tools to her coaching. In addition to her private coaching practice, she has worked and lectured at dozens of regional theaters, colleges, and universities nationwide. Adriana holds a Bachelor of Arts from Sarah Lawrence College and a Masters of Fine Arts in Directing from Columbia University. She is the cohost of the podcast From Your Center and offers online courses and coaching through Adriana Baer Creative.
