Making moves requires courage, not more time. Overthinking activates our brain's threat center, keeping us stuck in a cycle of overplanning and waiting for perfect conditions rather than creating momentum through action.

KEY SUITE SPOTS
• Courage isn't the absence of fear, but acting despite it
• The spiritual perspective: "Be strong and courageous... for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go" (Joshua 1:9)
• Start with one small step—you don't need to see the entire path
• "If you're not willing to start small, you're going to stay stuck big" - James Clear
• Your future depends on progress, not perfection
• Today's challenge: make one move, take one step, or perform one act of courage
