In addition to being an advisor, Laura is an author, YouTube video creator, and tell-it-like-it-is-speaker who focuses on helping business consultants build sustainable, scalable consulting businesses. She does this with the help of her propriety methodology, Consultant’s Blueprint, a flexible framework based on her thirty-plus years of consulting expertise, and her signature program, Consulting Mastery: A Path to a Sustainable Business. Her book, Project Management for Flat Organizations, was one of ten 2013 Small Business Books of the Year.
