Kerri believes that the first step to loving yourself is to drink water. She says that if you think about it, water is essential for life, and it's something that we all need. But we often take it for granted. Similarly, we often take ourselves for granted. We need to start treating ourselves with the same care and respect that we treat our bodies.
Kerri also believes that it's essential to forgive yourself for your mistakes. She says that we all make mistakes, and that's okay. But we can't move on and love ourselves if we constantly beat ourselves up for our past. We need to be able to forgive ourselves and to learn from our mistakes.
Kerri's story is an inspiration to us all. She shows us that overcoming our challenges and living a life of love and happiness is possible.
