114: What Type of Eater Are You?

In this episode, we’re diving deep into the different “types” of eaters. We’d be willing to bet that you can relate hard to at least one of these eater types, if not more than one.
This is where things tend to get a little tricky though, because you either:
A - Know that diet culture has a strong grip on you and you’re desperate and ready for change but don’t know where to begin...
OR
B - Think you’re in the clear and completely healed from all the diets and BS you’ve done over the years to make your body smaller…
Either way, it’s HARD to pinpoint the sneaky ways that food rules and emotions show up when it comes to the ways we eat.
In this episode, we bring all of that to your attention and really aim to get you thinking about how diet culture still has a hold on your internal narrative when it comes to eating.
