In preparing for this episode, I was involved in a rear end collision. So, rather than forging ahead with my plan I thought I would share the experience with you.
My initial reaction was poor to say the least. I have spent some time evaluating my reaction and a cup of spilled coffee taught me a lot about why I may have reacted so poorly.
