Welcome to Confessions of an Implementer, a podcast by Talent Harbor. We share unique stories of EOS implementers and the companies they’ve transformed to give you a rare glimpse into the system's successes and challenges in action. I'm your host, Ryan Hogan. Let’s jump in!

Our guest today is Bill Hueter, a certified EOS Implementer at EOS Worldwide. Join us as we discuss how recruiting for alignment of core values and mindsets amplifies the benefits of EOS implementation. Bill shares his experience of self-implementation of EOS and highlights why hiring a professional implementer delivers better results faster. He also explains how EOS implementation helped his company overcome its revenue ceiling. We also delve into the challenges of implementing EOS and the importance of open communication.

As a certified EOS Implementer, Bill helps entrepreneurs and their leadership teams gain greater control of their business to produce long-term, profitable growth. He uses the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS) to get organizations focused on Vision, People, Data, Issues, Processes, and Traction. Together, we crystallize one common vision and then increase discipline and accountability, creating daily traction. As a result, the company's health gets better and better.

As a serial entrepreneur and a business coach in Maryland, Bill is passionate about helping his clients live their best entrepreneurial lives. He has co-founded three start-ups and learned EOS® first-hand as a leadership team member. He has also spent over 20 years in various senior e-commerce business development positions at CompuServe, Andersen Consulting (Accenture), and Deloitte Consulting. Bill is also an instrument-rated pilot for flying a fully updated 1978 Cessna Cardinal RG.
