00:38 — We're seeing companies in the Cloud Wars Top 10 and beyond offering the U.S. federal government massive discounts to secure contracts under the administration's AI Action Plan. Companies like DocuSign, Adobe, and Oracle are reportedly providing discounts of up to 70 to 75%. OpenAI is offering ChatGPT at a discounted rate to federal users.
