April is the owner and founder of Illuminative. A clothing brand that promotes “I Am” statements as a daily reminder of who you are meant to be. She believes that the Power of I Am will be two words that will change people to finally believe that “I am Beautiful, I am Brave, I am Powerful, I am Smart, I am Courageous, I am Loved.

She was featured on the cover of Women of Wealth Magazine and has won many other awards, which includes the Barack Obama Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award just to name a few.
