We are officially in back to school and back to work mode with the Sun now in the sign of Virgo, I hope you enjoyed the warmer months if you like me in the Northern Hemisphere. Summer is my favourite season and so It is bitter-sweet to see the leaves starting to turn and some even falling off already. Nature reminds us that letting go is a natural occurance in the cycle of life.

I can be quite sentimental and then I listened to a conversation between James Corden and Jay Shetty. James was the host of The Late Late Show for 1198 episodes, and resently called it quits even though the show was immensly popular and he loved doing it. He says:

I just knew that I wanted to to do it and then stop doing it and see if there's something else.
He then shares a beautiful analogy of letting go a baloon and how that's magical.
