Attestation and internal audits are two of the most powerful tools for ensuring your security program is functioning as intended. In this episode, we start by exploring attestation—formal declarations that certify compliance with policies, procedures, or external frameworks. Attestations are used in vendor contracts, employee training, and system certifications, and they provide legally binding statements of accountability.
