Salesforce expects AI to handle 50% of service calls by 2027, while Business Insider is quietly using AI to draft articles. Fiverr’s "AI-first" restructuring has led to a 30% workforce reduction, sparking backlash. The rapid shift reveals both opportunity and risk, especially as poor implementation and loss of customer trust threaten to undermine the promised benefits.

Meanwhile, Microsoft is under fire from Consumer Reports for ending support for Windows 10 on October 14th, leaving hundreds of millions of devices potentially vulnerable.
