Today I’m joined by fellow AU member, Zach Fagas.

Zach and I actually went to grade school together. I was a year older.

We have been connected online probably since Facebook was even a thing.

It wasn’t until a few years ago that we started interacting and having conversations.

About a year ago I was actually on his podcast (also hosted here at AU), called the Zach & Pat Show.

Zach is a realtor, podcaster, content creator, husband, father, and much more!

Zach’s Bio:

I am 32 years old, born and raised right here in St. Louis, Missouri. I am a husband, father of two boys, full-time real estate agent, part-time real estate investor, and the host of a podcast called The Zach and Pat Show. I train, coach and compete in Brazilian jiu jitsu. I got into Crossfit a few years ago to make myself more competitive on the mats, but ended up falling in love with that as well.

I made the switch to Real estate in late 2019 after spending more than a decade in the restaurant industry. My grandma who is still a licensed real estate agent today talked to me into getting my real estate license. I had great mentors and saw success pretty quickly with the real estate business. Since 2020 I have helped clients with close to 200 transactions totaling just under $50 million in sales volume. I have a small rental portfolio that I am actively trying to grow and have flipped 9 homes over the last few years.
