Are you staying at your job because you love it or because you don’t believe there’s anything better out there right now? If you’re in the latter camp, you’re not alone. An unprecedented number of workers recently reported they’ll be staying at their jobs for the next six months, not due to overwhelming fulfillment but to the treacherous nature of the job market.

In today’s episode, I break down the rising trend known as “job hugging” and what uninspired workers and their managers can do to deal with this indifference. Spoiler alert: it’s not necessarily a negative!
