"To me it's about the consistency of being as goo at it [content] as you can be consistently forever. It's not about going viral, that may or may not happen. When I think about the viral video that I had, where I'm talking to a woman about self-esteem with her daughter, as you know, that's something I've said a bunch of times. It was just that one was ready to have its moment. I try not to ever tell anyone to overly focus on virality. Attempting virality is a good as a strategy, but it's not a requirement, and nor should it be an expectation,"
