I’m turning 47 this week. And in celebration of my birthday I wanted to do an episode on age and possibility.
I thought it was important to do an episode on this because the vast majority of people in this profession are women. And a high number of you entered this profession as a second career, later in life, or you started a family that delayed things a bit.
And so for many of you listening you may have had thoughts making you think that your time is ticking to get your business off the ground and you have a lot of catching up to do.
