Gunnar Norström shares his "Observations on how asset-intensive companies work with AM" from his long career within the electric utility sector. He has been working with complex technical challenges, for example Nuclear reactor fuel and core design. But he has also had many managerial positions, for example as MD for multinational technical consultancy firms supporting a wide spread of needs for asset heavy businesses.
