In this episode of Art of Heart, Marissa sits down with strategic equity and inclusion consultant and U.S. Army veteran, Zoe Moore, to explore what happens when the armor we’ve been carrying finally cracks. Zoe shares how twelve years in the military shaped her understanding of belonging, identity, and courage – and how a pivotal moment during the repeal of Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell became the catalyst for her life’s work.

Chiriga T. Moore, affectionately known as Zoe, is a Strategic Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Consultant and founder of Moore Consulting Agency (DBA Grow with Zomo). A Certified Diversity Professional and U.S. Army veteran with 12 years of honorable service, Zoe empowers leaders to embed sustainable, measurable EDI strategies across their organizations. Leveraging her proprietary “INSIGHT to IMPLEMENTATION” framework, she specializes in supplier diversity and inclusive workplace culture. Zoe has co-chaired MPI’s Global DEI Advisory Committee and contributes to top industry publications. Based in Mableton, GA, she enjoys photography, travel, and quality time with her son, Jourden Moore of JEM Innovations. Learn more at https://growwithzomo.com/
