Greetings! In this module of our Autumn Curriculum – which, while ordinarily for the paid supporters, I'm sharing with everyone in case a tool for feeling okay inside might be helpful for you right now – is about becoming aware of the self talk within.I've heard this self talk referred to as the psyche, and my favorite term: the "inner roommate."

However we think of this entity, it's good to be aware of because once we can observe, it means we can pause and respond rather than reacting to events in a knee-jerk way.

I'm curious if you utilize this tool already? Or if you've got questions as you give it a try?

I'm here if so.

Sending you lots of hugs and positive energy, today and every day.

Thank you for being here! If you think this might be useful for someone in your world, please feel free to share it with them.

So much love,Kay
