This week Chris talks about “the wafer rule”, in which you apply a wafer-sized addition of something to your task. For example, in weight lifting, a wafer is two and half more pounds. At work, it could be one extra call a day. The point is too add that little bit more to your flow to maintain the status of always improving.Key points:Starting small at getting 1% percent better every day, with a goal of slowly increasing.It’s a great way to see real progress without pressure or overwhelming yourself or your team.Even though that little bit feels like nothing, over time you’ve improved even more than you thought you could.
