A Professor of Exercise Science at Massey University’s School of Sport, Exercise and Nutrition, Professor Ajmol Ali has led groundbreaking research in areas including paediatric exercise science, supplementation, and workplace wellness. He played a key role in establishing the university’s Sport and Exercise Science Laboratory, and serves as Principal Researcher for the Healthy Active Learning initiative, a $47 million government-funded program improving children’s wellbeing through nutrition and physical activity. With over 100 publications and decades of mentoring experience, Prof. Ajmol Ali also directs Imago Wellness Coaching, supporting individuals and organisations in achieving healthier lifestyles.
