3. Build an Anchor Phrase: Create a short, empowering phrase you can say when you feel yourself slipping into an unwanted pattern. This phrase acts as a mental anchor, bringing you back to a more positive and intentional state. Saying the phrase out loud, especially while in a positive emotional state, strengthens its impact. Examples include: "I got this," "Let's go," or personal mantras.

The hosts emphasize that recognizing patterns is the first step, and consistently using these three techniques can help break negative cycles and build new, more productive ones.
