โ˜๏ธ This meditation is a space to gently process difficult emotions and learn to truly feel your feelings. Inspired by the many forms of loss and change we all experience, this practice reminds you that the only way out is through.

We begin with grounding breathwork and a gentle body scan before turning toward the heart, observing whatever emotions are present with presence, curiosity, and care. Youโ€™ll have space to simply feel, without judgment, and allow healing to unfold naturally.

Whether you need to cry, sigh, or just be still, this meditation will help you reconnect to yourself and find softness in the process of release
