After so many years of trying to figure out if running is really for everyone, the Gomers decide to face the question head on. We know ourselves better than in Season 1, when it was all about learning the rules, finding the correct form, running the right speed, and being the right weight. How have things changed since then? And have we found the exercise that’s right for us? We have a brand new three-legged-stool image to help us figure it out!
