Chris is joined by Kirsty and Emily from the Well being in Mind team who exist to support young people who have mental health struggles and to help them manage in a school environment. Why is school so hard and what is the impact when you already are struggling with your mental health? Is it the pressure? Is it in the environment, or something else? We try to answer these questions whilst also hearing anecdotes about how they all manage!
