Join us as Dr. Linsday Munn reveals key factors in creating environments that promote nurse wellbeing based on her recent research and experience as a healthcare leader. She addresses organizational and system-level factors that affect wellbeing, including the important of psychological safety in the work environment. Dr. Munn has more than a decade of inpatient nursing experience and has conducted scientific research to facilitate understanding of the complexities in the nursing work environment. Dr. Munn currently serves as Assistant Professor, Implementation Science, at Wake Forest University School of Medicine.
