Okay, real talk…have you ever had that "screw it, I messed up so I might as well quit" moment with your fitness goals? Yeah, me too. And so has Jordan Syatt, my guest on today’s episode of Goals, Grit & Some Woo Woo Shit. Jordan’s one of the realest, no-BS voices in the fitness world—he’s trained Gary Vee, competed as a powerlifter, and is currently parenting two toddlers while running his business and still finding time to deadlift and draw penises on whiteboards (for educational purposes, obviously).
